Please note that during peak seasons, shipping times may extend slightly. To enhance convenience, products are shipped to your nearest Postnet or Paxi (PEP) branch, which can be specified during the product purchase process. We are committed to ensuring your items reach you efficiently and in excellent condition, making your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please notify us within 7 days of the original purchase, and we will assist you with an exchange or return. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel or accessories cannot be returned.
