  • Shipping options
    Shipping can be done using any of the below options. Products are shipped between 3 - 5 business days of the order. Once each order is completed, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order. 1) Via Postnet (Delivered to the nearest Postnet branch to you) 2) Via PEP/Paxi )Delivered to the nearest PEP store to you) Shipping cost is capped at R130 per order.
  • You’ve sent me the wrong items
    Please notify us immediately in writing after you receive the incorrect package. Our team will arrange for a collection and replacement with the correct order promptly. Please be patient as our team is working tirelessly to ensure you get you quality products on time.
  • How do I make payment?
    Kindly select the product you want to purchase via the store and follow the purchase prompts. When you have added the product to your basket, the checkout process will redirect you to iKhokha were you can make a payment via your Debit or Credit card. This process is encrypted and 100% secure to ensure you as our customer have piece of mind.
  • Which methods of payments can I use?
    We accept Debit/Savings and Credit cards via our iKhokha secure portal. In other instances you can email us oxydestore101@gmail.com or DM US @oxydestore or WhatsApp +27 64 110 6277 to make alternative payment arrangements with our team.
  • I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
    Please email us on oxydestore101@gmail.com or DM us @oxydestore and let us know what the size and sneaker you are looking for. We will respond to your query within 24 - 48hrs.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
